To download content smoothly, use the following operational workflow: Step 1: Copy the Video URL Open your internet browser. Go to YouTube or your preferred video site. Find the video you want to save. Copy the full URL link from the top address bar. Step 2: Paste the URL into GiliSoft
Launch the GiliSoft YouTube Video Downloader app on your Windows PC.
Locate the input field text box at the top of the application. Paste your copied video link into this field.
Click the Add or Analyze button next to the field so the app can fetch the file metadata. Step 3: Select Your Video/Audio Format Wait a few seconds for GiliSoft to finish parsing the link. Review the list of available download options that appear.
For Video: Select MP4 and choose your resolution (e.g., 720p, 1080p, or 4K).
For Audio Only: Select MP3 to isolate and download just the audio track. Step 4: Choose the Destination Folder
Look at the bottom of the program window for the Output Folder settings.
Click the folder icon to browse your local computer storage. Select where you want to save the final media file. Step 5: Start and Manage the Download
